Business Onboarding & Profile Setup

As a member of your community, you can register one or more businesses under your account. Once approved by your organization's administrators, your business receives a dedicated public storefront and directory profile.

Registration Steps

1. Initiate Business Registration

1. Sign in to your community's marketplace portal.
2. Click My Account $\to$ Register Business.

2. Enter Business Information

Provide the following essential details:

• Legal Business Name & Trading Name: The name customers recognize.
• Industry & Category: Select your primary classification (e.g. Retail, Technology, Legal & Accounting, Construction, Event Management, Food & Catering).
• Physical Address & Service Area: Specify where you are located and whether you serve customers locally, nationally, or remotely.
• Contact Details:
  • Public Email Address: For customer correspondence.
  • Phone Number: Primary business line.
  • WhatsApp Number: Used for instant ordering and customer messaging.
  • Website & Social Profiles: Links to your external website, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook page.

3. Upload Brand Assets

• Logo: Square image (minimum 400x400px) displayed on directory cards and product listings.
• Cover Image: Wide banner (1200x400px) showcased at the top of your business storefront.

Verification & Publishing

After submitting your registration:

1. The listing is marked as Pending Review.
2. Your community administrators will review your submission to verify active membership in good standing.
3. Upon approval, you will receive an email confirmation, and your storefront will immediately appear in the Business Directory.
