Member Vault & Verification Badges
The Member Vault is your private compliance repository. It enables members and businesses to prove identity, legitimacy, and professional standing while keeping sensitive documents strictly protected.

Submitting Verification Documents
- Log in to your community marketplace and open My Account $\to$ Compliance Vault.
- Select the document type you wish to submit:
Personal Compliance
- Government Identity: National ID Card, Driver's License, or International Passport.
- Proof of Residence: Utility bill or bank statement showing your residential address (issued within the last 90 days).
Business Compliance (For Business Owners)
- Certificate of Incorporation / Registration: Official government registration document.
- Tax Clearance: Proof of good tax standing.
- Trade / Professional License: Relevant professional board membership or trade qualification.
- Upload clear, color scans in PDF, PNG, or JPEG format (maximum 15MB per file).
- Click Submit for Verification.
Understanding Document Statuses
| Status Badge | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Document received and currently in the administrator review queue. |
| Verified | Inspected and confirmed authentic by an organization administrator. |
| Needs Revision | Document could not be verified (e.g. illegible scan or expired document). An admin note will explain the required update. |
| Expired | Previously verified document has passed its legal expiration date and must be renewed. |
