Compliance Verification & Review Queue

Review member and business compliance documents, manage trust tiers, and maintain organizational integrity.

Compliance Verification & Review Queue

Maintaining high standards of safety and legitimacy is critical when members exchange money, hire employees, or contract services. The Compliance Verification Queue gives organization administrators full oversight over submitted identification and legal documentation.

  1. Submission: When a member uploads a National ID, utility bill, or tax certificate into their Member Vault, a new entry is dispatched to the organization's review queue.
  2. Administrator Review: Administrators inspect the documents in a secure, audit-logged viewer.
  3. Decision:
    • Approve: Marks the document as valid until its expiration date.
    • Reject / Request Revision: Flags the submission with a clear explanation (e.g., "Uploaded scan is blurry, please provide a clear color PDF").

Best Practices for Verification

  • Timely Turnaround: Aim to review pending items within 24 to 48 hours to prevent onboarding bottlenecks for new businesses.
  • Clear Feedback: When rejecting a submission, specify the exact reason so the member can quickly resolve it without contacting support.
  • Audit Trails: Every approval or rejection records an immutable audit log timestamped with the administrator's ID for accountability.
