Fundraising Campaigns & Progress Tracking

Every Community Project can attach one or more financial fundraising campaigns to fund its execution.

Setting Up Campaign Targets

1. Open your project in the Admin Dashboard and click Fundraising Tab $\to$ Add Campaign.
2. Configure financial targets:
   • Target Goal Amount: Total amount required (e.g. $75,000).
   • Currency: Matches your organization's configured fiat currency.
   • Minimum Contribution: Optional lower limit (e.g. $10).
   • Deadline: Optional countdown timer for time-sensitive emergency appeals.

Real-Time Progress Visuals

When published, the campaign page features an interactive progress gauge:

• Live Updates: Pledges update the progress bar in real time.
• Donor Wall: Contributors can choose to display their name on the public donor recognition wall or remain anonymous.
• Milestone Celebrations: Automated announcements are triggered when the campaign reaches 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of its goal.

Payouts & Accounting Transparency

1. Financial contributions are disbursed into the organization's verified bank account.
2. Campaign managers can post Expenditure Updates (receipts, contractor invoices, photo proof) directly onto the project timeline to build trust.
