Terms & Policies Block CMS

Every community has unique operational bylaws, safety standards, and legal requirements. Vertueal Economy includes a lightweight, visual Block Terms Builder allowing administrators to publish and maintain enforceable terms without third-party editor bloat.

Accessing the Terms Builder

1. Navigate to Admin Dashboard $\to$ Settings $\to$ Terms & Conditions.
2. Click Edit Terms to launch the block editor.

Working with Content Blocks

Rather than dealing with unruly markdown or complex HTML, documents are assembled from structured, reorderable blocks:

• Heading Blocks: Main titles (H1), section headers (H2), and subsection headers (H3).
• Paragraph Blocks: Formatted body copy with bold, italics, and inline links.
• Bullet / Numbered List Blocks: Ideal for enumerating rules, prohibited goods, and obligations.
• Notice / Callout Blocks: Highlighting critical terms, legal disclaimers, and warranty exemptions.

Publishing & Versioning

Version History

Every time you hit Publish Changes:

1. A new immutable version tag is generated (e.g. v1.2.0).
2. Existing members are not interrupted unless you designate the update as a Major Policy Revision.
3. For major updates, users will see a lightweight modal prompt upon their next sign-in requiring them to review and accept the updated terms.
